By accessing or using AdViral AI Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AdViral AI Studio provides AI-powered tools for generating ecommerce advertisements, product images, video ads, ad copy, and UGC scripts. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property
AdViral AI retains all rights to the Service, including its software, trademarks, and branding. Content you generate using the Service is yours, subject to our license to host and process it in order to provide the Service.
6. Subscription & Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as outlined in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdViral AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
